This is not my beautiful house.

Our latest client is a style consultant. This creates an interesting yin yang balance to our workflow, as we’re essentially fashion-challenged (as in born without that chromosome).  So working with Style True to You has changed some of our listen | plan | deliver | repeat workflow processes:

  • Listen. We provided a unique e-mail address for STTY to submit their style tips as it comes to them, on the fly. That content filters into one secure e-mail folder here and is managed separately from their administrative questions.
  • Plan. STTY had clients before a business plan. We’re portioning their content and updates into promotional social media feeds and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Deliver. Agency CG had STTY on Facebook, Twitter and WordPress immediately. 90% of success is showing up, so they were tweeting tips (Want to lose ten pounds instantly? Get the right bra.) before we had explained what a re-tweet was.
  • Repeat. The seasonality of style lends itself to a series of newsletters, workshops and opportunities to engage. While most of our clients send out updates based on events, STTY knows the difference between summer sass and winter whites.
